GFM is an incredible company to hire when you need clean up after water leaks at our building. I called them on Sunday evening and arranged for them to meet me on Monday. They brought a six man crew and began work immediately! They used state of the art tablets/camera’s to document and secure out the room. They worked hard so the room could not only be cleaned up but also restored. They will also be coming back and doing the rebuild after the place is dry.

We have engaged GFM, a professional real estate  management company for more than 5 years. The staffs servicing our properties accounts are responsive and execute with their professional duties. We are pleased to have their assistance in coordinating with various government agencies relating to construction activities of the MRT station near our estate.

GFM has rendered their professional service in facilitating the en bloc exercise a year ago. It was a challenging task for GFM to deal with various SP demands during the en bloc exercise, and yet maintained a neutral position in executing their duties.


Since being issues a  Temporary Occupation Permit in 2018, we faced numerous façades and building issues as with most new properties. We have a hard time pursuing claims and defects to be rectified by the main contractor and developer as their actions taken were not proactive and the delivery lacked follow through and execution.

GFM’s  advise &  council along with its due diligence  & collaboration with our site team had  both the operation and technical experience to manage our property. All this while, they consistently  demonstrated professionalism and exceptional on time results. Within a short period of time, many issues were resolved and claims began to addressed.


In the first week of taking over in the management of the property, during this critical transformation period, GFM effectively took control of all our existing contractors without any issues, uncovered discrepancies with the manpower  proposed numerous preventive measures and reviewed our existing SOPs.

GFM managed to decrease our expenditures by up to   34% of our operating budget through better negotiating contracts skills, efficient management and cost savings in the rejuvenation of our property.

It is a testimony to their slogan, “Adding value to your real estate”. A promise that can be seen and is fulfilled  everyday without doubt.
